The target of visual management systems is to support communication between people and the supply chain that they manage. For example, in the production sector, where researchers recognized the representative tools such as Andon and Kanban in studies on the Toyota Production System, visual management provides solutions for various issues, such as the quick detection of abnormal situations, continuous maintenance of a safe environment, prevention of operational mistakes and knowledge sharing. However, the development of visual management cases has been un-controlled, which is considered problematic. A system for the strategic enhancement of visual management is necessary to realize effective case development in multi-site factories at the same time. Recognizing this need, this study presents a mathematical model for the performance evaluation of relevant cases and validates the utility of the model, which is the initial step in developing a strategic enhancement system for visual management. This paper aims to assist global product strategy managers. As factories become more globally dispersed, they face the problem of managing levels of visual management among factories that are becoming increasingly complex. However, to the proposed methodologies provide a systematic procedure for the visual management transfer. Keywords: lean management, visual management, global supply chain, multi-site factories management効率的な事例移転のための目で見る管理システムのパフォーマンス評価　目で見る管理は、グローバルサプライチェーン管理のための重要なリーンマネジメントツールである。目標は、私たちと私たちがマネジメントするサプライチェーンとの間のコミュニケーションを円滑にすることである。例えば、本ツールの代表的な事例であるあんどんやかんばんが備わるトヨタ生産方式が機能する生産現場においては、目で見る管理が異常状態の早期検知、安全な環境の継続的な維持、作業ミスの防止、また、知識共有といった様々な課題に解決策を提供している。しかしながら、その開発は体系化されておらず、複数の工場で一定水準の技術を同時に実現するためには、戦略的な仕組みが必要となる。このようなニーズをふまえ本研究では、目で見る管理の導入事例を評価する数理モデルの提案と有効性検証を通して、その一歩をふみだしている。本稿は、グローバル生産戦略の担当マネージャーを支援することを目指している。グローバルに工場が広がり一層複雑な管理が求められる中、彼らは目で見る管理の技術水準を全ての工場で維持・向上させなければいけないという課題に直面している。本モデルにより、目で見る管理の技術移転の体系的な方法論が彼らに提供されることを期待している。キーワード：リーンマネジメント、目で見る管理、グローバルサプライチェーン、マルチサイト-ファクトリーマネジメントJournal （掲載誌）International Journal of Production Research (IJPR), Vol. 54, No. 10, pp. 2907–2921, Nov. 2016.
