－　　－38Tomoki TAKAHASHIAssistant Professor, Department of Liberal Arts and Basic SciencesTomoki Takahashi is an assistant professor at the Department of Liberal Arts and Basic Sciences, College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University. He graduated from the Department of Food Science and Technology, College of Bioresource Sciences, Nihon University in March 2003. He received his master＇s degree in Bioresource Sciences from the Department of Bioresource Utilization Sciences, Graduate School of Bioresource Sciences, Nihon University in March 2005. He received his D.Eng. by thesis review from Sojo University in September 2008. Dr. Takahashi worked for the Tokyo University of Science from 2008 to 2012, and for Kobe University from 2012 to 2018. While working at Kobe University, his major research topic was the development of a draw solution for forward osmosis processes. After moving to Nihon University in 2018, he continued with his research on forward osmosis processes.
