－　　－34Haruka YOSHIDAAssistant Professor, Department of Conceptual DesignHaruka Yoshida is an assistant professor at the Department of Conceptual Design, College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University. She received her B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Kobe University in 2002, her M.E. in Electrical Engineering from Kobe University in 2004, and her Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo in 2018. Dr. Yoshida worked for NEC Corporation from 2004 to 2019. During her time at the research laboratory (NEC R&D), her major research topics were the UI/UX design process, human factors, usability engineering, human centered design process, modeling visual characteristics, and interaction design. In 2019, she started working for KDDI Research Inc. and was engaged in research on the participatory design process in living labs and resilience engineering. In 2021, she moved to Nihon University to expand her research topics to the UX design method, participatory design process, human computer interaction (HCI), and resilience engineering. She is a Certied Professional Ergonomist (CPE) and a Certied Human Centered Design Professional.
