-  -12Iwahito TAKAHASHIProfessor, Department of Civil Engineering Iwahito Takahashi is a professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University. He received his Ph.D. from Nihon University in 2003 and was a post-doctoral researcher with the Biotechnology Research Center, College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University from 2005 to 2007. Dr. Takahashi became an assistant professor in 2007, an associate professor in 2014, and a professor in 2020. He joined the Institute for Urban Water Management at RWTH Aachen University in Germany as a researcher for one year from April 2017. He specializes in environmental and sanitary engineering, particularly wastewater treatment, effective use of waste, and greening environment.
