－ －35A Study on Environments of Industria and Artigianato for Innovative Industries by Allocation Analyzing of the Knowledge Exchanging PlaceKiminori Nakazawa, Valentina Orioli, Kazuo Mitsui and Takeshi SakamotoThis research analyzes allocation patterns of industrial areas and craft studios, Artigianato, which are common in northern Italy, with the aim of developing new innovative industries. Many local governments all over the world take measures to develop innovative industries, to overcome economic deadlock. But now, most companies outsource production to factories overseas, causing the overseas production ratios of countries to be at the highest level ever. There is an urgent need to prepare environments for new innovative industries. “Innovation” means commercializing a certain competitive product based on a new technique and idea, and having a big economic impact on society. It is said that the accumulation of innovation type industries needs knowledge exchange among various types of workers in industries in shared space. For example, in Silicon Valley in the U.S., there are arguments about innovative start-ups at cafes every day. This research, focusing on industrial areas in suburbs and Artigianato in the city center of Bologna and Tokyo, aims to evaluate the environments of workers by analyzing the role of cafes as places of knowledge exchange for innovative industries. The analysis is done by computer simulation using a developed program with geographic information systems and various grid data such as land use, architecture shape and locations of cafes. In Italy, there are many cafes within walking distance of both industrial areas and Artigianato compared with Tokyo. If cafes are places for knowledge exchange, clearly their role is conducive to revitalizing innovative industries. Providing highly accessible cafes with co-working functions such as co-working places leads to the revitalization of innovative industries.Keywords: innovation, Artigianato, co-working place, GIS地理空間情報を用いたイタリア職人企業の就業環境に関する研究 我が国では，これまでの長期不況や経済のグローバル化による産業構造の変化を経て，大都市臨海部を中心に低未利用地や海外移転に伴う工場跡地が出現したが，その多くは商業地や住宅地に転換された。しかし昨今，住宅需要の減少に加えて，我が国の産業競争力の復活を目指した産業集積，特にイノベーション型産業の集積，産業クラスターの形成が求められるようになっている。イノベーション型産業の創生と集積を目指して，イノベーションの誘発を目的としたCo-Working Spaceやコミュニティー施設の立地等がみられ始めている。本研究は，イノベーション産業の担い手として注目されるイタリア北部職人企業を事例として，イノベーション産業の創生に必要な具体的な空間形成手法を探求，知見を蓄積し，我が国におけるイノベーション型産業の創生に寄与することを目指したものである。イノベーション型産業の集積には，様々な企業の従業員による一定の空間内での情報交換，コミュニティー形成が必須であるとされており，就業者による情報交換の発生を空間的な条件としたGISによる空間分析を行った。日本国内の工業地域と比較して，イタリア職人企業の近傍には就業者間の情報交換やコミュニケーションを可能とする箇所に，イタリア特有のカフェ“BAR”が立地していることが判明した。“BAR”は，就業者間の情報交換施設としても機能しており，我が国おけるCo-Working Spaceやコミュニティー施設，ファブカフェ等の立地に参考となると考察した。キーワード：イノベーション，職人企業，コワーキングスペース，GISJournal（掲載誌）Proceedings of XXXVIII Conferenza Scientica Annuale AISRe, CD-ROM, July 2017Published Paper
