-  -32Takashi NONAKAAssociate Professor, Department of Sustainable EngineeringTakashi Nonaka is an associate professor at the Department of Sustainable Engineering, College of Industrial Technology of Nihon University. Dr. Nonaka received his B.S in Science and Engineering from Waseda University, and M.S. and Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Technology from Tokyo Institute of Technology. He worked for Pasco Corporation from 2004 to 2015, where he was assigned to many projects related to high-resolution SAR, especially TerraSAR-X. In 2005, he was transferred to the National Institute of Information and Communication Technology (NICT) from Pasco to study InSAR with X-band airborne SAR. From 2006, he was involved in the development of TerraSAR-X applications and value-added products, and from 2010, he was responsible for the mission operation and ground system of satellites in the company. He has worked for Nihon University, College of Industrial Technology (NUCIT) since 2015.
