- -14Hiroyoshi SHIOKAWAProfessor, Department of Architecture and Architectural EngineeringHiroyoshi Shiokawa was born on March 31, 1961 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in 1983, his Master’s Degree of Engineering in 1985 and his Doctoral Degree of Engineering in 1994 from Nihon University. Dr. Shiokawa is a professor of the Department of Architecture and Architectural Engineering, College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University.
