-  -18Yuji MIZUKAMIProfessor, Department of Industrial Engineering and ManagementYuji Mizukami is a professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University. Dr. Mizukami is a researcher of business administration and statistics. He served as a visiting associate professor at the Institute of Statistical Mathematics (ISM) for four years, and is currently a researcher at Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), a role he began in 2016. Dr. Mizukami has researched new theories and methods in personnel evaluation and product development processes. Dr. Mizukami’s main areas of research are knowledge creation by innovation and value-added creation by data driven organization theory. He also teaches students of the business management course about business administration, such as strategy, planning or process of assumed business models. Dr. Mizukami’s main lectures include innovation management, management strategy, product planning and development, management information management, and others. He also contributes his knowledge to academic societies as the Editor in Chief of the Japan Association for Management Systems (JAMS), the Editorial Vice-Chair of the Japan Academic Society of Hospitality Management (JASH), a Standing Director of the Japan Association for Management Systems, and others.
