-  -10Toshiro SUGIMURA Professor, Department of Civil Engineering Toshiro Sugimura is a professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University. He received his Ph.D. from the Research Institute of Science and Technology, Nihon University in 1993. Dr. Sugimura worked for the Remote Sensing Technology Center of Japan (RESTEC) from 1980 to 2014. While at the research and development department of RESTEC, his major research topics were image processing and application study using high resolution satellite images.
