─ 19 ─Koya Yano was born in 1963 in Tokyo. He got a job at Tsumura&Co. in 1992 after received Dr. of engineering degree with a study in natural products chemistry. He worked in production engineering and formulation development of Kampo medicines at Tsumura&Co.. In 2008 he joined the Department of Management, Nihon University College of Industrial Engineering. His research interests related to quality engineering.Yoshikazu Mori was born in 1964 in Ishikawa Japan. He joined Tsumura& Co. in 1990. In 2008, he obtained a doctoral degree of pharmacy from the Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology, Kanazawa University. His academic societies are The Pharmaceutical Society of Japan and Robust Quality Engineering Society.Naoki Oikawa was born in 1976 in Hokkaido, Japan. He joined Tsumura & Co. in 2003. In 2016, he obtained a doctoral degree of pharmacy from the Graduate School of Nihon University.
