─ 8 ─Kotaro Matsumoto is an Assistant Professor at Department of Mechanical Engineering, College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University. He received the degrees of Bachelor, Master and Doctor of Engineering all from Nihon University. He joined Nihon University in 2019. Before that he has been working at research center of Canon Electronics Inc. and ISAS/JAXA where he was actively developing the space propulsion systems. His major research topics were propulsion engineering, especially the enhancement of propulsion performance of solid rockets and propellants.Hitoshi Matsushima is a Professor at Department of Mechanical Engineering, College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University. He received the degrees of Bachelor, Master and Doctor of Engineering all from Keio University. Dr. Matsushima joined Nihon University in 2008. Before that he has been a senior researcher at Mechanical Engineering Laboratory of Hitachi, Ltd where he was actively developing the new technology for electronic equipment. Also, he was a visiting scholar at Purdue University in 1987-1988, and Duke University in 2017. His area and interest of research is heat transfer, especially cooling of electronics. And, his current research activity is focused on enhancement of phase change heat transfer such as boiling and thermosiphons.Biographical Sketches of the Authors
