The demolition work was categorized within “civil engineering/construction work”, and spent 43 years buried between civil engineering work, construction work, and other similar works.Poor working environment and working conditions are the most harmful factors that endanger workers. To prevent the occurrence of serious accidents during demolition work, adding demolition businesses as an independent licensed industry was a long-cherished wish of the industry. The Japan Demolition Contractors Association which consisted of worldwide demolishing contractors have repeatedly appealed to the country in order to grant this wish.
