─ 10 ─Hitoshi Oshima was born in Chiba prefecture Japan in 1989.He received his Bachelor degree and Master of Science from Toho University, Japan. At present, he is a Ph.D. student of the particle physics laboratory in Toho University. He has been a member of the NINJA experiment collaboration since 2014.Tsutomu Fukuda was born in Kobe, Japan in 1980.He received his Bachelor degree, Master, and Doctor of Science from Nagoya University, Japan. His career is as follows, research fellowship for young scientists of JSPS, post doctoral fellowship at Toho University, designated assistant professor at Nagoya University. His high energy experimental experiences were provided in the group of OPERA and NINJA Experiments. He is a spokesperson of the NINJA Collaboration.
